1. Introduction

This Website Development Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website development services by RISE-UP("Developer") to the Client . By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to be bound by and comply with the Agreement

2. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Developer the total fee stated in the Proposal for the Services. The payment terms are agreed before the delivering of the project. The Developer has the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received according to the agreed terms.

3. limits of Services

The Developer will provide the Services as set out in the Proposal. Any additional services the Client requires will be subject to further Agreement between the parties and may result in additional fees.

4. Warranties and Representations

The Developer guarantees that they will provide the Services to the Client with reasonable skill and care, according to industry standards. The Client guarantees that all the content supplied to the Developer does not infringe any intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client arising out of or in connection with the Services. The Developer’s total liability shall be limited to the fees paid by the Client for the Services.

6. Confidentiality

The Developer and the Client agree to keep confidential all information provided to each other in connection with the Services and not to disclose it to any third party without the other’s prior written consent.

7. Termination of services

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay the Developer for all Services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By choosing Indian law as the governing law, this Agreement ensures that all parties agree. Additionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts provides a clear path for dispute resolution.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client agrees to be bound by and comply with the Agreement
At RISE-UP, we value every project and strive to deliver it on time. Our refund policy applies if a client is unsatisfied with the project and wishes to change their plan or request a refund.
Refund Policy:
- Partial Refund: The 50% payment is refunded within 4 days of delivery of projecte.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued after 4 days of delivery of project
Refund of renewal services: 50% of refund given to client within 4 days of renewal of a service and no-Refund provided after that

Renew-policy:
some of our services is renewable and client must pay the renewal charges on or a day before subscription ends. if client fails to do so , their renewal service is cancel whitout prior notice.

Change in Policy:

Please note that RISE-UP have full right to change our policy without prior notice. Any changes made to our policy will apply to all existing and new clients.
